EUC Dainty black dress with ruffle accents and subtle polka dot pattern. Pull over head on/off elastic waist and without pockets. Top half is sheer with breast level to shoulder ruffles. Bottom half has a sewn-in slip. There is no size tag but is "extra small" going by measurements. Machine washable 100% polyester.
