This is an incredibly versatile, take on vacation dress. The upper is solid black. The lower is an abstract print that's not tropical but still screams summer is coming (or already here!) It looks great with cardigans for office wear; it's not too dressy for weekends; it can be accessorized up to semi-casual, daytime, wedding guest attire.
