Mavinette black dress. White buttons down the chest and on cuffs. Grey flower pattern on dress. There are holes punched in the center and on some of the leaves of the flowers so a slip is a good idea to pair underneath. Bust 19” Waist 12” but had elastic that stretches. Skirt is full. Length is 39” Some of the white piping needs trimming but I didn’t want to cut it in case there is a better way to attend to it. Belt loops at sides and front. It does not come with a belt.
