Antique Japanese figurine in the form of an elderly woman with a basket of Apples.
Fine workmanship and hand-painted.
Very delicate features. She is pointing as if to say, " You want to buy my apples?". She is carrying a white umbrella in her left hand.
The colors are beautiful, she is wearing a light Rose colored scarf. Her dress is a blue/green with her blouse collar of blue.
Her apron is light green, shoes are brown. She has Blue eyes!
I have researched her numerous times, perhaps she was manufactured by Homco, Artmark or Napcoware. I have not been able to narrow down
the manufacturer. She is numbered "F-876" and at one time there was a sticker, as a partial remnant remains. Therefor price reflects.
The statuette is in excellent condition. No major physical damage was found. Vintage from the 1960's.
Materials: Medium: Porcelain
Height: 6 3/4"

What a lovely gift or keep for yourself!
