This is my bag. It was gently used and has a few small marks from normal carefully use The shoulder strap is 14”. When you add in the buckles and the contoured part of the bag they’re attached to, I’d call it 20” The large outer pocket is 11”w and 6” deep The smaller outer pockets are 4.75”W & 4.5”D There are inside pockets on either side of this bag. cooky2020 I’m happy to❣️ I’m at my 55+ community pool and have dinner plans. If I don’t get to it tonight, I’ll get back to you tomorrow. I loved this bag. The bigger, the bag, the more you put into it, and the heavier it gets. I can’t carry a heavy bag any longer. I hope you purchase it and enjoy it!
