Divisional Manager briefcase from Waddel & Reed Financial, cira 1978 - 1985. Outside of the case is black leather, and printed in silver with the company's logo from the late 1970s into the mid 1980s. Exterior: leather. Interior: leatherette. Has key. Mostly great shape, though the corners all feature some cracking and the back has some scuffing. The silver logo imprint features wear but is fully legible. Interior leatherette has slight rolling at front. Size, exterior: 17 3/4 x 12 3/4 x 4
