Is the sleeve cuff stretchy? How about the sleeve itself? I feel these are usually tight

@clothandyarn its a lighter weight waffle knit fabric, its a little more stretchy than the tight knit jersey fabric fitted sleeves are, i know what you are talking about, I have a thermal similar to this but the sleeves are a layered look and the sleeves on it are the tight jersey fabric.
