Thank you. This is a great vintage find.It is a sort of knitted/crochet detail.The shirt is not lined so you can see thru the empty spaces. I hope I explained that well? Let me know if you have any other questions.Thanks.

Thanks for the response, but I was referring to images 5-7 where there are some dark dots. I was just wondering if they were marks or holes.
