Free bird dress , Green Floral

This pretty dress is a lovely shade of spring green. I bought it and was in love but sadly it doesn't fit true to size so it didn't work out for me . It's a large but fits like a small Medium. The bust across is 19 inches and hits right above the knees . It's new without tags , and was only tried on once. It comes from a clean smoke free home , and next day shipping.
