1990s/2000s Vintage Crushed Velvet Sweetheart Spaghetti Strap Maxi Dress by the brand “Savannah”. Beautiful indigo blue violet colour. Has a slit up the side. Some discolouration around the right armpit but not super noticeable when wearing. Would make a beautiful evening gown or prom dress. Made in Canada.
