Hi what is the length from the shoulder to that seam running along the waistline? Also my measurements (according to the chart) are too large for a medium and too small for a large. What is your suggestion? Would appreciate your honest thoughts

I’m not sure what your measurements are but the dress is stretchy so it really depends on how you like your clothes to fit.
M- inseam: 15 3/4”
Armpit-armpit: 18”
Waist: 14.5”
L inseam: 17”
Armpit-armpit: 20”
