Cotton Tunic Top, Mini Dress

Cotton batiste mini dress or long top. It has unique construction with pleats, ruffle, puffed teacup sleeves and handkerchief style skirt. Ribbon ties in the back can be tied or not. Dress on the model is just to show the look, it is more simplified than one in this listing. Chest across is 18” Length is approximately 31”, longer on the sides. The only flaw is the button at the very bottom was lost and replaced with slightly different one. Doesn’t stand out much and mostly covered with the ruffles, but price reflects that.
