This skirt is a showstopper from Carlisle. Illustrating so many elements of exquisite finishing. Pleated all the way around, and striped in colors of beige/olive. Brown, black and white. Take note of the gorgeous Passementerie that showcases the lower portion of the skirt. It has a Drop waist, side buttons & wrap around webbing for a self-tie.
