This Vintage Circle Skirt is a dream! Great black and white gingham pattern with full button-down front. Adorable lace detail down the front plus *POCKETS* and belt loops. This is vintage but in like new condition. The waist has an elastic back too, so sizing is more flexible. Brand is Napa Valley, the tag size is 14, but it is more like a modern 10/12.
