Purchased by me years ago in NYC, I don’t know much about this maker. Tag says imported from Hong Kong when it was a British Colony. I can tell you this is an old piece, in very decent shape (see one damaged button, tag is falling off), looks amazing on. Size is 20, which is about a 16/XL now.
