🌻3 for $25 Ann Taylor Loft Skirt, Brown with velvet trim

Beautiful Ann Taylor Loft skirt. Brown (tweed pattern) with velvet ribbon near the bottom and a bow in the front. Two small slits in the front. Size and material tag is gone (see pic for small tear inside in the lining) but feels like a wool blend with polyester lining. Waist 14.5” and Hips 19.5” with little give. Zips on the side.
