Hi! I've uploaded some pics of measurements for the jacket. The shoulder area is rounded construction (see pic) so I estimate measurement to be about 16" , with more room to vary because of the shape of how the garment is sewn.
Waist meausres 15 & 1/2 ' across .The jacket is a true size 4.
