Vintage 90s black multi color beaded evening jacket by Papell Boutique. This amazing statement piece is completely beaded all over with primary color beads and thick bold border trim. Fastens with a single hook at the neck. Overall excellent condition. There may be a stray thread here and there, but no visible missing beads that I've noticed. Tagged size M.
