lastnightdream @jenn_uh not altered -- the picture is a slightly different model I think. I bought it at the store so I am sure this is how it was. The only difference I noticed from the picture is that in mine the sleeves are flared and don't have that balloon effect with the string. It is even better in my opinion. all the best!
