This is a gorgeous SILK dress from Rochas - baby blue with black velvet trim, ruffled collar, back zip and button closure. Comes with it’s won separate slip with adjustable straps. In beautiful condition. IT 40 would fit a US 2/4. Harkens back to the early 90s grunge babydoll styles of the major runway designers.
