Does the 2" extender make it 19" or does the 17" include the 2" extender?

@manynicethings2 I made a mistake. I just realized I didn’t put the extenders on this batch of chains as I decided to do the 2 lengths separately. So I have the shorter one that is just under 16” & the longer one at 17”.
My small heart pendant necklace is the one with the extender & those are 15” with an extra 2” to 17”.
