New with tags. Beautiful purple, pink, red, and white floral pattern with hints of navy/dark blue. V-neck neckline with a tie in the front, and a ruffle detail on the bottom. Straps are adjustable. Modeled on size XS and is a tad too big on the sides. Model is 5'9 and goes to about mid-calfs. A great summer dress and beautiful and unique piece.
