Gorgeous amethyst heart surrounded by diamonds. The diamonds are small, but very sparkly and set in a way that makes them appear much larger. All set in 925 Sterling Silver with a 925 silver box chain. Chain is approx. 18.5 inches in length. Purchased from Peoples Jewellers, and just never ended up wearing this gem!
