Brand new!? This fabric is AMAZING. No lie. Water Resistant, Wind Resistant, indeed! And it just super soft to the touch. I bought it looking at it flawless, it is clearly brand new, but note that little tiny white dot on the front (close up included) and there's a really light grayish in the inside collar there (close up, of course :)). Size XS. Approx measurements in inches: shoulders 13, chest 17.5, full length 22. 100% nylon. As always, please be sure to see all my pretty photos closely for details and condition! 😁
