To be able to wear the Tulle Skirt please know that waist must be between 24-26โ€ With 24 inch waist All features will fit without alterations . This 2 piece was not altered . Of course a simple alteration on the skirt belt ( adjusting snaps and clasps ) could be made . I hope this information helps Thank you so very much

My daughter is 5'4", 33/34 bust, 26/27 waist, 37 hips, and a street size 2/4. Also, does the overskirt snap together around your 4/6 mannequin? If so, then that gives me hope. Thank you!!!
