A truly elegant and beautiful La Marquise evening clutch bag. The black mat exterior fabric and black lining gives this piece an elegant look. It features pewter silver decorative edging, chain and clasp. I love the fact that you can enclosed the chain inside the purse with its hinges. There is a zipper pocket and an interior pocket. 12” length, 6 1/4” height
In excellent condition considering the age which I’m guessing from the 1950’s

Hi, interesting handbag. What is the outer material? Can’t quite tell in the photos if it’s satin or more of a matte feel. Thanks!
