Brown Blouse/Jacket

The topper has 3/4 sleeves and is made of a crepe fabric of 71% polyester, 25% rayon and 4% spandex. It has thin removable shoulder pads and button front closures. The sleeves have a 2 inch slit at the bottom and the bottom of the garment a 7 inch slit on both sides. The chest measures approx. 27 inches across the front from under the arms and is 29 inches long from back neck. Sleeves are 25 inches from neckline. May be worn like a jacket. Good condition, no flaws.
