Dooney & Bourke Red Scottie Tassel Tote purse crossbody handbag/pocketbook—NWOT

Dooney & Bourke Scottie in red and black with plaid accents – Terrier Tassel Tote -- New without tags. Excellent condition, includes crossbody strap, still tucked inside purse. Bag is still in shipping-fold position and has never been used. Stored after opening as display sample. This is a playful and fun bag with some kitschy appeal as well as a harkening back to the 50's poodle prints... this time with a Scotty. Item is well crafted satchel style hand bag with a cross body strap and paid accents and polka dot dog bone designs, alongside the scottie silhouette motif. The construction features a heavy, coated canvas fabric and leather handles and strap. Top stitching on all sides to the leather handles & tassels. The word "SCOTTIE" engraved on the silver metal bone hanging from the front with an over-stitched leather tag backer. Inside the 2 inner slip pockets/flaps there is bumble bee pattern. This is a medium size bag that offers one main compartment inside, plus four open pouches. Opens and closes with a strong magnetic snap closure. Accents are "gold tone" brass, including two clips for attaching / removing the strap. The black approaches charcoal & red is a "dusty red" color. Measurements approx= 12-1/2" Wide X 5" Deep X 7" Tall Note: 2-3 scottie dogs show areas of light shading/"milk spots" This is common in coated canvas—especially these bags—but is not a distraction from overall appeal or function of the bag.
