Does it come smaller size?

@vedaloca Hi there! The racquet bag is made by a boutique luxury handbag company called, Louise & Eleanor. They also exclusively design the racquet bags for the Cliff Drysdale tennis association. Unfortunately it does not come in a smaller size, just in the 3 pocket professional size, and this 2 pocket competitive size. This 2 pocket one also comes in a burgundy color.

Hi, how many racquets can the bag fit? And will it accommodate shoes and tennis balls as well. Just trying to gauge how much I can carry each time out. Preferably, at least 3-4 racquets, pair of shoes, can of balls and little items such as sunscreen, grips, dampeners, hat etc. Thanks for any additional info you can provide.

@aaronlautman Hey there! Apologies for the delayed reply. So, there are 2 different sizes for this Racquet Bag - The “Original Matte Black” & the “Modern Vintage Black” + the “Burgundy” Racquet Bags.
To be continued (it won’t allow me to fit my response all in one reply….)

@aaronlautman The “Original Matte Black” Racquet Bag is standard professional tour level size, with the 3 pockets - 2 large side pockets, each which can hold up to 3 (4 if you squeeze) racquets, and then a large center pocket as well for whatever other items - plenty of room for shoes, water bottles, extra grips/strings/etc etc.

@aaronlautman The other 2 colors - the “Modern-Vintage Black” & the “Burgundy” bags, are slightly smaller, but still very large bags meant for a competitive tennis player. The only difference with these bags is that we eliminated the middle pocket, so it is just the 2 large pockets on either side of the bag. You can easily fit 3 racquets in each pocket, 4 will be a squeeze but is definitely do-able - I’ve done it plenty of times myself.

@aaronlautman So, with that said, hopefully you’re able to get a better idea of how spacious each side is. You won’t have a problem getting your 3-4 racquets on one of the sides (or spread between both pockets) and adding shoes, water/gatorade, spare clothes, wallet, etc etc. The bags are big, there’s a lot of room.

@aaronlautman I was/am a competitive player myself and I generally use this size of the bag - I carry 3 racquets on one side, and then have a ton stored in the other pocket including: Spare shoes and socks for when I’m finished playing, several sunscreens, Gatorade and/or a water bottle, extra grips, my on court sport sunglasses, a towel, a water spray bottle for when it’s hot out, and a few other miscellaneous items.

@aaronlautman Both size racquet bags are meant for the competitive player. We actually downsized from the original “Matte Black” pro tour size first version because even competitive players sometimes found that bag slightly too big. To each’s own though - some love the extra room.

@aaronlautman The bags are made for someone like you who needs several racquets + accessories, therefore also needs the backpack style for support. Most other “trendy” racquet bags are shoulder bags, which are absolutely killer on someone’s back, shoulders, and neck unless you’re just a casual player who doesn’t carry around much.

@aaronlautman This Racquet bag was intentionally made to be just as fashionable (if not more fashionable, in my opinion, lol), but adds a significant degree of functionality for those of us who are more than just the casual player.
Hopefully this helps :) Sorry for the long reply! Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Kerry.
