Chi Chi London fit and flare elegant dress, off-white with black accents at waist and collar. Pleated skirt with attached tulle crinoline for volume. Could be cute for a courthouse wedding or other semi- formal function! Runs small; tag says US 18 but fits like a 16. Some minor signs of wear at back zipper, as well as a tiny stain on the front that is only noticeable when you’re looking for it, both pictured.
