Vintage Original TOBY OF LONDON Hat, Fedora style with feather, Green faux fur, green felt lined and tagged inside. This hat has been stored in box, in really nice Clean Condition ( see photos ) from home free of smoke and pets, the feather is a little worn / damages ( see closeup pics ), the feather is not attached to hat - it is placed in the band for photos. rdfashions65 @amyzflying Hi there. There is no fabric/material tag. It is a combination of felt, some sort of faux plush type of fabric and something stiffish that makes the hat form stay in shape. The main material would be the plush green that you see on the hat.
