guiltfree_finds@thebeautyaisle hi lovely, just measured for you and shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches, bust is about 23inches and waist is about 22.5 inches so very close to chest. I wear it as an oversized blazer as shown in pics and am 6ft and typically a size 4-6. Hope that helps xo
