A beautiful dress for your next vacation to Carribean Ordered this size and sadly this is too small for me (this would fit someone with very narrow waist) this garment has no stretch at all! Paid for the duty and taxes and it would be too much loss to return.

blacklily81 @louiseduncan857 Hi there, the chest where the first button starts is 11" laid flat. I am 36 in most bras so I think it would be okay for 32-34 ladies. Yes, it's above the elasticized part. I can't close the top 3 buttons.
