midgiesue@therapyvintage it was measured flat.. dunno about the stretch.. I was never able to zip it cause I have an abnormally wide ribcage..I just gave it a test..and would say no.. I was gonna to have extra panel sewn in, because the liners are very stretchy

therapyvintageThank you for being honest. I’m a 33 bust and 26 waist and there’s a size 8 someplace else i could buy. I appreciate it. This dress seems to run very small!!!

I'm particularly interested in whether the bust and waist measurements were taken with the fabric relaxed or stretched.
