crl2205 hello! what is the hip measure and the waist measurement just flat? also, no stretch to these right?

archived @crl2205 Hi. Thanks for your interest. All measurements in the listing are taken flat. The waist measurement is 28" around the entire waistband and 14" just across 1/2 of the waist. I'll get the hip measurement later today. - Rachel
