This is probably the single most adorable vintage dress I’ve ever come across! The fit, the details, the colors. It’s perfect. Made between 1950’s-1970’s. Size 6 but could fit small/med.
made by Import Corner a division of Marc o’ Polo.

So the p2p is 17” with a little stretch
Waist- 13” no stretch
The hips have stretch
Length is 38.5 :)
