Kis-met / Fate; Destiny; Fortune Kismet Gem Houzz has always been my destiny, many decades in the making, although I didn't know it, or would even come to realize until 2021. As a little girl I LOVED to play store. I would spend hours setting up my displays and placing price stickers on my many treasures. As an only child I got to play all the roles, I would take the brown paper bags from the grocery store, where I would shop and fill these bags full to almost tearing. Then I would change roles and be the salesperson ringing the items up on a calculator. This dream continued to fashion as I got older and no longer "played" store, I majored in Fashion but ultimately, I needed to pause that dream. After many years of unsatisfying jobs and career choices. I was given a medical diagnosis that would change the course of my journey and enlighten me to wake up and do what makes me happy, because indeed, life is short, and we all deserve to be happy. My true joy is from making others smile, it is my greatest wish that the treasures I share here will bring a smile to you and yours. *To ensure quality control, I personally visually inspect every treasure that enters the store, we do not drop ship in order to meet these high standards.
