sylbove2018 @lovemybayou hi! My tulle skirts come in 2 sizes: small and medium. They have an elastic waistband that makes them very comfortable to wear. The size small waistband unstreched measures 23 inches and the size medium unstreched is 28 inches. Size small fits sizes 2-8 and size medium fits sizes 8-14.
