Condition: *Pre-owned with flaw - dress has been hemmed and hem has been pulled in area on back (see photos). Has small hole in left hip - see photo. Light wear throughout. Fabric and care tag has been removed. No other issues.

Design: Button-front short sleeve dress with stretchy smocking at waist and upper back. Unlined. No pockets. Design has 1930s vibe.
