From my jewellery box. In good vintage condition. Eye-catching brooch from Jan Micheals. 1980s I believe. Antiqued brass with intricate filigree and red cabochon. (Pictures give it a pinkish hue, it's not) The first photo is a better colour of the glass. Her beautiful jewellery is assembled by hand. She has an online web page too.

Forgive the lateness of this hello and THX for all the shares . . . but (VERY embarrassing) a heavy plate fell out of a cabinet a couple of days ago, hit the bridge of my nose and almost broke it!! No fun! Is that ridiculous or what???;o) I've never thought of getting a nose job, but maybe this is it!! (cheaper than surgery lo)! mossblownlass @aperitif Nice to have an ‘hello’ no matter when. What an awful thing to happen!! So sorry, & a sensitive spot too.Hope you're on the mend now? These events do make us feel daft at times. I damaged my rotator cuff by pulling a trolley {cart out} at the market. It took 4 months to heal.
