Hi! Can you please tell me the heel height? Also, in the picture, it looks like the shoes have inserts stuck to the bottom. Are those removable? Thank you!

@ilovemoney2022 yes, I took them out when I got them. Let me get the heel height. I never wore them, they were too tight on me.
