Urban Outfitters Floral Blue Set

Urban Outfitters two piece set. Size medium Long sleeve top with smocked bodice and flowy sleeves with ties at wrist. Top runs small so can fit small - medium. Size small Skirt which is a smocked layered ruffle skirt that is very stretchy. Super cute all over pastel blue and white floral print. Reminds me of something from love shack fancy or princess polly. Top has been worn but it’s in excellent condition and skirt has never been worn. I love this set so much but I just never wear it.
