@monkey4477 Hi - I think the XS might work for you. The waist is 26”, but does have some stretch. I just added an XS in Cognac to my closet. I don’t have a small in Cognac, but do have it in Black. I hope this helps. 😊

Just an FYI. I usually wear a size 29 in jeans. I ordered a large in these pants and they are HUGE!Even though I won’t get to wear mine, I will definitely say that they are just as adorable in person as they are in pics and the quality is great! Just make sure you size down.
