RARE Vintage STETSON Sovereign Gray Felt Fur Fedora Hat

This is a wonderful Stetson nickel (gray) felt fur fedora hat made in the “Sovereign” quality. The Sovereign line was a better quality line, equivalent to a 3X Beaver, and more expensive that the Royal and Royal Deluxe. The lining is stamped “Stetson Sovereign” & the leather sweatband is silver stamped “John B Stetson The Sovereign Stetson” (Some wear on "son" in Stetson) (Please see last pic) The crown has a gray woven rope band that is decorated with a feather. A small "Stetson" name plate is attached to the rope. Vintage 1960's Brim 1.5"; the edge of the brim is turned. Size: 7 1/8 or 57 cm (Medium) The foil size label with the metric measurement means that this was marketed to Canada. Made in Canada Condition: Very Good, no visible flaws, could use a professional shaping/steaming/cleaning
