Hi! I am the one that bought the Alexis Kirk belt. I was packing it back up and found the jewel under all of the tissue in the box. I messaged the pm complaint dept and asked them to withdraw the complaint and to pay you. I also told them to give you five stars. If they don’t them I will. So sorry for the confusion.
