The solid black velveteen is soft and not stiff .Worn once a number of years ago stored in garment bag brought outside every year to keep fresh but not worn. NOTE: listing as S-M tagged at 11 juniors but see measurements I bought at age 40 because it was beautiful, perfect for my conservative formal (hard to find w/out a juvenile look!)I ignored the tag.
