CeCe Plus Dusty Rose Puff Sleeve Blouse 💕

BNWT gorgeous hue of dusty rose pale pink plus size long accented puff statement sleeve blouse by CeCe! Size 1X - brand new with tags, never worn. One tiny flaw that I could detect - unfortunately came this way when I ordered it from Dillard’s, & I just never got around to returning it (very small, mostly unnoticeable little spot on front of blouse, please see last photo for reference - have not attempted to remove it, but it really doesn’t seem permanent).
