Most excellent condition. Size Medium. Black taffeta has stitched eyelets. Red velvet ribbon around neck and back. Metal zipper up the side. Sheath front side and three tiered Ruffled on the back. Just a touch on the shoulder but off the shoulder sleeves. Very unique style I've never seen another one like it.
