This is a really pretty Blue Rain dress, its made of 100% cotton with multi colored polka dots all over, it has a vintage/retro boho look to it. The dress is calf length with a A-Line silhouette and some stretch in the back, in a very dark navy blue almost black color. It is in EXCELLENT like new condition.
