An absolutely stunning and rare piece that I was told served as inspiration for Paula Thomas the iconic designer and founder of Thomas Wylde. Please review the measurements: 60” long from collar to hem. Bust is 18” flat. Waist is 14” flat. Black silk under slip, fine pleated ruffles, back zip. No flaws. See photos for construction detail. A true collectors piece! I’m guessing size small as the measurements indicate so. Size isn’t issued inside gown.

I don’t even have words for this piece. Killing me bc it is only slightly too big for me. That and I live in the middle of the woods in the Appalachians so if were to buy it I’d probably put it only display as a piece of wearable art!
